Return policy — A $30.00 return fee will applied to all returned checks due to insufficient funds

Refund Policy — Refunds will be issued to customer upon review of account

Privacy Policy — No customer information is shared with any outside source

Cancellation policy — 24 hour notice is required to cancel a delivery, or customer is responsible for delivery 

Delivery/Shipping Policy — All automatic customers are delivered on a degree day basis. All will call customers are delivered to by a schedule of when we are in the area
